からかい上手の高木さん（からかいじょうずのたかぎさん, Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san）is a story about a boy named 西方（にしかた）and a girl named 高木. Takagi loves to tease Nishikata. Nishikata tries to get even, but he always loses to Takagi. Nishikata likes Takagi but he doesn't know whether Takagi also likes him. Only us the readers know.
This manga receives full 5-star ratings in Amazon Japan (a rarity). I find the story simple yet fresh so I would recommend you to check it out. It will also be available on digital bookstores such as BookLive! on 10th September 2014 (tomorrow).
からかい means tease. Similar words are いたずら and いじめ. To me, いたずら is more like prank while いじめ is more like bully.
