そっか…家庭の味ってそうやって伝わっていくものなんだね
家庭(かてい)home, family, household
伝わる(つたわる)to be handed down, to be transmitted. Note this is intransitive verb, so it's 家庭の味が伝わる (the subject of the verb, and not 家庭の味を伝わる).
さわやか (na-adjective) refreshing
事情(じじょう)circumstances, conditions
叔母(おば)aunt. So the お in おばさん is not the お for respect but hiragana for 叔, apparently.
眠る(ねむる)sleep. Note another word for sleep is 寝る(ねる). Not sure what's the difference but I guess 寝る focuses on the physical act of sleeping. 眠る focuses on the mental state.
Note that 眠れる is potential form of 眠る. 眠る is 'group-2' verb so the potential form is 眠られる. What Japanese language schools tend not to tell you is that the ら in potential form of group-2 verbs can be taken out, e.g., 眠られる→眠れる、食べられる→食べれる. Why people do this (besides shortening the word) is because -られる is also used for passive form of group-2 verbs, i.e., 食べられる can mean either 'to be eaten' or 'can eat'. To differentiate, they use 食べれる for 'can eat' instead. But this is apparently quite a 'recent' thing and so not everyone follows.
くすぐったい ticklish, embarrassing
風邪がうつる(かぜがうつる)to get fever
